I think the self isolation is starting get to the cats. Last night they were running crazy up and down the living room furniture and didn’t care that I was sitting in one of the chairs. I might as well have been a big fat throw pillow as far they were concerned.
They calmed down some, but obviously Linus got tired of browsing the internet and reading all your blogs and comments and wanted to start some trouble with Gracie. All hell broke loose after I stopped recording (naturally).
Went out to the barn where my isolation partner has decided to do a little woodworking project. Picked up some 6″ by 6″ lumber and she sanded them down. Gluing 3 of them together – each one is 4 feet long, Want to take a guess at what she is creating? (I am all for this project because I got to buy a new tool, a DeWalt orbital sander, for it!)
Finally, pull up a chair, and sit with me for 30 seconds. YouTube video quality seems a bit diminished, but who cares?

Thank you. Just had 16 yards of compost delivered for some more planting projects. I will take a photo tomorrow and post how her project came out, It is pretty cool, although it might take 3 men and a strong boy/girl to carry it.

I love that Linus is playing and Gracie is just politely sitting there, looking at you LOL..funny video. Your garden looks magical, beautiful colors and so lush I long for our weather to warm up so I can begin planting here soon. Thanks for the chair, what an enjoyable few minute.

Thanks for sitting with me Laura. If you get a chance post me a little video of one of your favorite places to just sit and I’ll spend some time there too! Linus doesn’t know he is a cat. His sister Lucy is more cat like. whenever I go outside, Linus wants to go and follow me about. When people come over he rubs against them. Lucy on the other hand still hasn’t figured that I am responsible for those meals she enjoys. I swear if she could use a can opener, she’d be done with me.

Haha, Thanks for the invitation and the glorious garden. Lucy sounds like a real character. My kitty Mandy is a real character, her bursts of energy are at odd times, mostly when lights go out at night, she’s off and gallivanting around the room and in her favorite place my closet..
Sounds like a plan, I will definitely video my favorite place to sit, it isn’t pretty right now or like a garden as yours is, but I sit and watch birds and just listen to the Ponderosa pines when the wind is blowing through the branches, I love that.

I miss those pines, our backyard in Paradise had a lot of them and the wind blowing through was like sitting on an ocean beach! Of course I used to say, “Don’t fall on me!”
