Just dug up 50 Walla Walla onions. Going to put them under a large Plum tree and let them dry for 10 days or so. A very sweet onion!

Looking good Gary (and the onions). Why under a plum tree?

They need to dry for about ten days. The barn/shop/garage are too hot. Under the plum tree the air flows around them while in the shade.
