I love ice cream I have a small dish every day because a host of a food travel show said, “you can’t be unhappy when you’re eating ice cream”.☺️ I wholeheartedly agree!

Just about every evening I go out back with the pooches, Benny chases the birds about and Gracie hangs about the cool grass with me by the swing. Then they argue over a stick and Benny tries to get Gracie to chase him.
I decided to go with a slice of pound cake with fresh strawberries on it and some whipped cream. Yes, I have never seen anybody frowning when they are eating ice cream either. The whole world could use some, I think.

Sounds like a happy routine for Benny and Gracie. Pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream sounds great, such a summer classic dessert. I agree the whole world needs a dish of ice cream. 🙂

The camera is kind to the area. The surrounding area is, well, quite ugly. However our little spot is an oasis in the middle of it. Still, it all kind of grows on you…pun not intended!
