Here is the final version of a song I wrote. This version has more guitar and we added a cello, viola and piano.
I am a sucker for a cello. Love that sound so much. It is like a wise old elder casually dropping pearls of wisdom throughout their conversation.
Many mornings during the summer, my wife and I take a walk around the garden. She often has a cup of coffee in her hand which helps provide a positive outlook on the day ahead. I don’t drink coffee nor am I anywhere near her level of positivity in the early morning. Truth is she has always been an enthusiastic waker-upper even without the caffeine. She’s been my morning rose for 53 years now and I pray for many more.
What a lovely thing to say, Gary. So glad you have your Morning Rose (aka B.) to brighten your days. 💕

That’s such a lovely song, and it was clearly inspired, I hope you’re both doing well. I do love the cello, I’m a yo-yo ma fan. Enjoy the week ahead.
